Brief Description :
The Commission is the organisation which administers the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.They work to promote equality of opportunity and to protect people from unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment and public vilification.

There are two main ways they do this - one is by handling complaints from people, and the other is by informing people about discrimination issues.

The Australian Association of Massage Therapists Limited (AAMT) is the peak representative body for massage therapists in Australia formed after the consolidation of five major massage Associations across Australia.

AAMT also provides a public service by maintaining a register of qualified practitioners for referral and for responding to enquiries and complaints from the public. It is this strong commitment to protecting the public, health and massage professions which has led the AAMT and its individual members to new levels of recognition.
